Golden Eagles start off home tournament with a win

The Golden Secondary School Eagles junior boys basketball team won their first game 62-36.

The Golden Secondary School Eagles junior boys basketball team started off their four-team Chute Out Basketball Tournament with a 62-36 win over Mt. Baker.

Golden will play their second game against LV Rogers todat (Saturday Feb. 18) at 11 a.m. There will be a skills competition at 12:30 p.m., and their final game against Laurie is at 3:30 p.m.
