After months of planning by the management and coaches of the Golden Rams Initiation Team, the tournament was considered an amazing success not only from individuals within the, team, family and friends, visiting teams, the hockey wider community, but general members of the community that attended this festival of hockey to support and encourage our young athletes.
Thanks to all the teams that travelled to Golden, Airdrie, Banff, Canal Flats and Revelstoke, hopefully we will see you all again next year.
Thanks to all the volunteers that stepped up, baking, organizing, time keeping and other activities too numerous to mention, you know who you are and thanks again.
Also thanks to the generosity of our sponsors both from within Golden and from far and wide for the donations which helped tremendously with fund raising activities.
From all the Coaching Staff and Management, thanks to everyone that helped making this event an amazing success and we are already looking forward to next season and the home tournament. In the words of one of the managers “it will be bigger and better”.
