Golden businesses go home winners

The Chamber of Commerce hosted their annual awards gala over the weekend.

The annual Kicking Horse Country Chamber of Commerce Awards is done for another year. The Golden Civic Centre was filled with guests there to celebrate excellence in our business and social community.

There was a long list of winners taking home hardware for everything from business of the year, to trade excellence, and volunteerism. The winners were:

Mayor’s Award of Excellence: Rotary Club of Golden

KHCCC Director’s Choice Award: HMC Services Inc.

Great Place to Stay Award: Mount 7 Lodges

Great Adventure Award: Columbia Wetlands Adventure
