Accident closes highway near Golden

RCMP report one man is deceased after fatal road accident last evening.

Golden RCMP responded to an accident last night

RCMP were at the scene of a road accident last night in Golden on Highway 95.

At this time police can confirm that one male is deceased.

A collision reconstructionist was on scene to conduct an investigation to determine the cause of the collision.

The highway was closed last night to allow emergency services to respond and for the investigation to be completed. Updates regarding the closure can be found by visiting www.drivebc.ca.
