Thanks to the Rockets

A letter to the editor about the past season with the Golden Rockets.

“Thanks to Golden Rockets and the whole community to providing such a great experience for our son to live and play hockey. He has played two years with the Rockets with this year having some more success on the ice than the previous year. Much of that success has come from all the supporters of the Golden Rockets, the President and all the volunteers.  And coaches Ty and Danny have lead the team to a wonderful season. However, I just want to make sure we recognize the efforts of the current and especially the past Presidents, Directors, Coaches, Drivers, Volunteers, Billet family’s, and Everyone  who has helped the team survive for over 20 years. The on ice success this year is a culmination of many  years of fine work done by all these people

It takes many people to make this organization run for the benefit of our players and fans and these people often don’t get the recognition they greatly deserve. So, we just want to say thank you to everyone who has helped along the way over the last 20 years, and in our case a special thanks to everyone who helped in the last few years.
