Stars & Stingers

Stars to Alpine Auto for helping me fix my own car over the phone. You've earned yourself a loyal customer.

Bouncing balls of STARS to the couple in Parson who do such a great job  maintaining the Parson Recreation Park! We sure enjoy the courts, the lovely and clean outhouse and the good air we can once again breathe after the animal carcass was removed!

Mountains of Stingers to the woman who, on Aug. 6 at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort threw herself enthusiastically at my husband while blatantly ignoring me and a young friend. Rudeness will not get you anywhere so next time keep your hands off my husband!!

Stars to Alpine Auto for helping me fix my own car over the phone. You’ve earned yourself a loyal customer.

Stars to Dalia and Golden Lotus Ayurveda for their fantastic Sunday yoga sessions at Spirit Square and the generous contributions from the community to the women’s centre.

Stinger: What is a person that can see, yet is blind? One who listens and believes rumors without any physical proof.

Stars to the gardeners that showed off their gardens during the Edible Garden Tour – very inspiring! Thank you to Wildsight for making the event possible.

Stars to Joyce deBoer, for being a good Samaritan and dog rescuer in our community.
