In Loving Memory ~
Our beloved Ronald George Myers passed away on January 14th, 2023. Ron was born in Vernon B.C. to Helen and Joseph Myers on August 5th, 1939.
He is survived by his wife Irene Myers (née Catt) of 58 years, his children Vincent Myers and Rhonda Cizeron (Eric), and his grandchildren Chloé and Gray Cizeron.
He was predeceased by his six brothers and one sister and will be missed by many nieces and nephews and other family members.
Ron, “Smiley”, worked in the forest industry and owned RG Myers Trucking company in Golden, B.C. He loved to be at the helm of many modes of transportation: in the forest, on the water and up in the skies. Ron leaves this world knowing he was deeply loved by so many.
A special thank you to the nurses and doctor Chiles at Golden Hospital, for their excellent care of Ron.
Ron’s family will host a celebration of life on Saturday, March 18th, at 1:00 pm in the Golden Seniors Centre. All are welcome.
