In loving memory ~
Ilse passed away peacefully at the Golden Hospital, surrounded by loving friends. She will be remembered and greatly missed by her brother Rainer Rexroth, sister Rosi Dauphin and niece Christeane and nephews Jens, Alexander and Timo, great nieces and nephews in Germany and her many friends that became her Canadian family.
Ilse now is continuing her journey with her husband Thomas who passed in 1993 and their loved dogs from adventures past. She overcame monumental adversities and enjoyed a life full of, art, nature and love.
We would like to thank, the staff at Durand Manor, for their care, support, friendship in making Durand, Ilse’s home these last couple of years. Thank you, to the staff at the Golden Hospital for their kindness and care while Ilse was in palliative care.
Ilse’s Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring.
