After many wonderful times and many sorrowed times as well, Collan has chosen to leave this world to find comfort in the arms of angels.
Collan was born in Quesnel, BC and lived most of his life in the beautiful town of Golden, BC and most recently resided in Cranbrook, BC. Collan was a huge Calgary Flames fan, always cheering them on through all the good and bad seasons. He was a huge sports enthusiast, and in general, an outdoor man, happiest fishing for trout in his childhood lakes and streams. He had a passion for wildlife and big cat species in particular, never failing to visit the zoo or read a new book about animals. Collan also had a huge passion for working out and nutrition, so much so that he proudly earned his certification in Nutrition and personal training through ICF. Collan took great pride in his work at LP and he would always put 110% into his job, he was quick to learn and wanted to do his best. His big gentle heart of gold and faith in God will never be forgotten but cherished deeply by all who knew him.
