After a 4-3 win in overtime the Golden Rockets are now waiting to see who they will face in round two.

The Rockets took the lead on the road when Connor Beauchemin scored 31 seconds into game four.

The Rockets could not hold the lead on the Dynamiters who were fighting for their playoff lives.

After Carter Cochrane took a penalty, Eric Buckley scored for the Dynamiters to tie things up.

Less than three minutes later Kimberley took the lead on a goal from Jason Richter. The Dynamiters increased their lead early in the second period when Brandon Bogdanek scored his second goal of the series.

With the Rockets down 3-1 the next goal in the game would turn out to be vital, and Rockets forward Felix Larouche brought Golden back to within one goal before the end of the second.

The Rockets did not wait long to tie the game up when they went on the power play early in the third.

Coltin Berard scored what would turn out to be the only goal of the period, which saw game four heading into overtime.

Play was tight in the overtime frame with both teams protecting their own zone first. With a little less than five minutes left in the first overtime period Keith Wake, who is in his fifth year playing with the Rockets, knocked in the winning goal that sent the Rockets into the second round of the playoffs.
