Accio butterbeer: Golden legion hosts Harry Potter party

Volunteers at the legion must have been taking professor McGonagall’s transfiguration class, because they are turning the location into a Harry Potter themed party venue.

On May 5, you can “alohomora” your way in through the legion doors, and enjoy a pint of butterbeer for yourself. With non-alcoholic beverages available, this event will be fun for the whole family.

So, gather up Dumbledore’s Army, and get in to the legion on May 5 from 12 to 5 p.m. to enjoy this Harry Potter inspired party, which raises funds for a good cause.

No matter if you’re a Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, or Slytherin, all are welcome to enjoy this fun party at the legion on Saturday.

Royal Canadian Legion Branch #122 is located at 1011 11th Avenue S.
