Sean Mann

Sean was born in Calgary, AB on February 2, 1957, and passed away peacefully at home in Golden, BC on May 27, 2010 at the age of 53. He is survived by his mother Agnes, brother Gary, sisters Janet Hilman (Darrel), Coleen Lewis-Watts, and Patsy Drysdale (Burt) as well as numerous nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews and a large extended family. He was pre-deceased by his father Don. Sean grew up in Calgary and worked in the oil patch and construction in Fort St. John, Yellowknife, and various locations around Alberta before settling in Golden in the late 80’s. He took pride in keeping people safe as a flagger on the various highway projects he worked on, especially the highway and the big bridge in the Kicking Horse Canyon. His wry sense of humour and genuine good nature are sadly missed.
